Your information is stored in a secure, HIPAA-regulated system on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Every company that handles your health information for us has signed a Business Associate Agreement, a legal contract that holds them to HIPAA's privacy and security rules. Your information is encrypted while it travels between your device and EverMint, and it's encrypted while it's stored. Our database sits on a private network and can't be reached from the public internet.

You and your care team. You can only see your own record. Our clinicians and staff sign in with their own named accounts, and their sessions time out automatically. Every time someone on our team opens or changes your record, we log who it was, what they did, when, and from where. That log can't be edited, and we keep it for as long as HIPAA requires.

We lock your most sensitive details a second time, one by one, before they're saved. That includes your name, phone number, address, conditions, medications, allergies, family history, messages and notes from your care team. Even if someone got a copy of our database, they couldn't read your chart without a separate key, which is kept locked away and never stored in our code. Documents you upload are kept in private, encrypted storage and open only through links that expire quickly. We never store your password in readable form.
