The questions thoughtful people ask before they begin.
A quiet, considered guide to EverMint — for the people who tend to ask the right questions first, and who expect the answers to be just as deliberate.
The reasoning beneath the practice.
EverMint exists because the most important decade of your health is usually the one no one is measuring. These are the questions members tend to ask before that idea fully lands.
Concierge medicine improves access. Longevity startups optimize a small number of markers. EverMint is a continuous health intelligence practice — we measure deeply across systems, interpret patterns longitudinally, and intervene quietly long before disease declares itself.
It is closer to a private chief medical officer than to any clinic you have used.
Prevention implies avoiding a specific outcome. EverMint is about trajectory — understanding the direction your biology is moving in, and bending it earlier, more gently, and with far less intervention than later medicine would require.
◆ Trajectory · not avoidanceFounders, operators, principals, and families for whom the cost of a missed signal — physical, cognitive, or temporal — is significant. People who treat their health the way they treat their most important decisions: with rigor, advance planning, and quiet conviction.
What we measure, and why.
We are deliberate about the data we capture. Each measurement earns its place because it changes a real decision about how you live, train, sleep, or treat.
A baseline includes advanced cardiometabolic and inflammatory biomarkers, hormonal panels, genomic and epigenomic markers, cognitive baselining, sleep architecture, body composition by DEXA, and cardiopulmonary capacity (VO₂ max).
It is read as one continuous picture, not as isolated tests.
Most members re-baseline annually, with lighter quarterly check-ins on the markers that matter for their specific trajectory. Frequency is a clinical decision — never a subscription cadence.
No. EverMint is not your primary care provider, urgent care, or specialist. We work alongside the physicians you already trust, and coordinate with them when our findings warrant it.
◆ We complement · we do not replaceWhat membership actually feels like.
Less rushed than medicine usually feels. More considered than wellness usually is. The cadence is closer to a private practice than to anything you would associate with a clinic.
Roughly six to eight unhurried hours, scheduled across one or two days at your convenience. The interpretation conversation that follows is the part most members remember.
You have a lead clinician — a physician who knows your story end-to-end — supported by a multidisciplinary team across cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and human performance. You meet the relevant specialists as your case requires, never as a default.
Yes. Many of our members extend EverMint to a spouse, parents, or adult children. Family membership is structured so that each person remains the sole owner of their own data and decisions.
Your data, treated with the discretion it deserves.
We hold information that is materially more sensitive than financial data. Our standards reflect that. Privacy is a design constraint at EverMint, not a policy page.
Only your lead clinician and the specific specialists they involve in your care. Nothing is shared with insurers, marketers, or research partners without your explicit, case-by-case consent.
Encrypted at rest and in transit in HIPAA-aligned infrastructure. Access is logged, scoped, and audited. You can request a full export — or full deletion — at any time.
◆ Encrypted · scoped · auditableNo. EverMint operates outside the insurance system by design, which is part of what allows the depth, time, and discretion the practice is built around.
How to begin.
Membership is intentionally limited. We onboard a small number of new members each quarter so that the care experience does not dilute. The first step is always a conversation.
Begin with the Mint Longevity Index — a short, considered baseline that gives you and our team a starting picture. If membership is the right fit, a private introduction follows.
Investment varies based on the depth of care and the size of the family or office served. We discuss specifics privately, after we understand what you are actually seeking.
Yes. Membership is annual and renewed by mutual decision. Your data and reports are yours regardless of whether you continue.
A question worth asking deserves a real conversation.
If your question is not here — or if it is, but you would rather hear it answered by a person — our clinical leadership reads every note personally.
